THE PROCESS
Working together to maximise the security and performance of your WordPress website is a simple process.

And one that will deliver peace of mind that your site will be available 24/7, without problems, without interruptions, and always looking fantastic!

Here’s the path we’ll follow to make it happen!

1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU

As we’re going to be working closely with you looking after the performance and security of your WordPress website, we’d first like to learn a few things about you and your business. No cost, no commitment!

2. ASSESSMENT

We’ll assess your request for a webmax365 Security and Performance Plan to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

3. SIGN-UP

Then, once we’ve all made the commitment, and you’ve signed up for the Plan that best meets your needs, you’ll provide us with access to your WordPress site and hosting so we can run an audit.

4. AUDIT

We’ll conduct a full audit of your website to determine the status of all core code, themes and plugins. If we need to do any work to bring your site up to a suitable level before we can start delivering the services, we’ll review this with you separately and get your approval before making any changes.

5. ON-BOARDING

Once we’re ready to go, we’ll initiate your plan. Some elements like speed enhancements can take up to a week to configure as we need to optimize your unique core files, theme and plugins while ensuring there’s no interruptions to your site.

6. SECURITY AND PERFORMANCE

And, so it begins… depending on the Plan you’ve opted for, we’ll schedule and perform vital updates to your site, keep it backed up and make sure it’s always running in “Maximum Performance” mode. This means you can keep doing what you do best, while we do the same.
